Rob joined TOM’s Sydney office in 2017, initially recruiting for Financial Services Accounting before moving into data and analytics.

Previously, he spent four years as a Finance Business Partner at AIB Bank, deepening his finance and analytics expertise.

In 2020, Rob returned home to Dublin to open TOM’s Dublin office, strengthening ties with the Irish Chartered Accountancy network.

Known for his positive mindset and personal touch, Rob loves continuous learning — always ready with a great book or podcast recommendation.

If Rob could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: learning to surf, so he could spend more time on the wave — not under it!

Ross, from Dublin, joined TOM in 2023 after a successful career as a Strategy Consultant at PwC Dublin.

He recruits top data professionals across sectors like finance, healthcare, energy, gaming, and sports.

Ross specialises in Data Engineering, Architecture, Science, Analytics, BI, and Governance.

Passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities, Ross also loves football, golf, rugby, and tennis.

If Ross could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: learning to play the guitar and improving his golf game.

Michael hails from Thurles, county Tipperary. He has been working in Tech Recruitment since 2017, originally focussing on Software Engineering before expanding his remit to DevOps, QA (Manual & Automation), Cloud, AI and Machine Learning and some UX/UI.

Prior to joining TOM, Michael worked with clients in a variety of industries such as financial services, banking, manufacturing, pharma as well as software start-ups and specialist tech SME's whilst he was working for a recruitment agency in Cork, where he was also a manager.  

Michael’s biggest strengths are his work ethic and attention to detail of both client and candidate needs. He prides himself on building long standing relationships through trust and delivery.

Michael is passionate about guiding candidates throughout their career, not just finding them one role, as well as building Software Engineering teams that make a real, tangible difference to both the future of the client and the future of the candidate’s individual career.

Outside of work, Michael is sports obsessed, both playing hurling (for Thurles Sarsfields and county) and supporting Liverpool FC and Green Bay Packers. He also loves to travel and read.

If Mikey was to learn a new skill, it would be how to play a musical instrument, probably the guitar.
